Amy Savage is an experienced coach who facilitates our maternity coaching workshops and one to one sessions.
She spent 12 years in the media industry starting out in Human Resources and then moving into Learning & Development – an area she found particularly rewarding. In her L&D roles at both MTV and Channel 4, she worked closely with senior management teams to identify the key organisational challenges and opportunities developing L&D strategies and training programmes to meet the needs of the employees and to deliver long-term business success.
Following the birth of her second child 5 years ago Amy has built a successful career as a Coach and Facilitator with corporate organisations such as Sony Music, Bauer Media, Ogilvy, Media Arts Lab, The Brand Union, Leo Burnett, The Mill, Mediacom and Trip Advisor. With her extensive knowledge of leadership she has also been responsible for the launch and delivery of numerous leadership and management programmes.
In her role as a coach and trainer, Amy is driven by a desire to achieve long lasting change in her clients’ attitudes and behaviour, helping them to achieve even higher levels of performance, delivery and dynamic leadership.
Her approach is described as warm, enlightening, challenging, down to earth and honest. She quickly builds rapport with her clients developing strong trusting relationships that allow her to ask some of those no-nonsense questions that will rapidly lead them to the crux of the issue!
Amy is an accredited coach with the Institute of Leadership Management, a Myers Briggs Accredited Practitioner, a member of the Association for Coaching, a Certified NLP Practitioner and an Associate member of CIPD.
