    Claire is a highly experienced Executive and Career Development Coach with over sixteen years coaching experience. Prior to coaching Claire had a successful career spanning many roles, culminating in being Vice President IT for the Middle East and Africa region for American Express Card Services. Claire works with executives, corporate leaders and professionals from a variety of backgrounds focusing on all aspects of leadership and career development. She supports her clients to define ‘what next’ and make successful transitions.

    Claire’s vision for her clients is to ‘Be More; Deepen Awareness, Expand Potential and Achieve Results’. Working with people from a variety of differing industries; Claire takes an holistic approach to coaching, focusing on all aspects of leadership and personal development in particular making supporting clients make more of an impact and develop their careers. Clients and colleagues describe her as professional and results-orientated, maintaining high integrity; pragmatic, supportive, fun, creative and positive with a special blend of intuition and logic. She has the ability to get right to the heart of an issue.

    Claire holds the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and ‘Assessor’ qualifications with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and is a Professional Mentor Coach with Coach University. She holds a Post-graduate diploma in Advanced Executive Coaching with the Academy of Executive Coaching, London; is a Certified Firework Career Coach and a qualified coach supervisor.

    Claire was the President of the UK International Coach Federation (ICF) 2006-07, a board member 2003-06 and Co-chair of the ICF Global Regulatory Committee in 2006.

    Claire holds a B.Sc. in Mathematical Sciences from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK and is certified to run the MBTI Psychometric profile along with a variety of other executive assessment tools including 360 assessments and self-assessments.
