David is a strategic thinker and Director at Kin&Co. He’s spent over a decade helping businesses like Unilever, Kingfisher and TripAdvisor to drive growth with purpose. He sat on the UN Taskforce for Sustainable Lifestyles and judged numerous awards like the creative industry D&AD New Blood awards. Over that time he’s successfully built and led numerous teams, and is particularly fond of facilitating and training, having run numerous sessions for clients across Europe and in China.
He also runs Being Dads, which explores what it means to be a dad in today’s world and how to be a better one. He’s interviewed a wide range of dads to build answers to these questions, from successful entrepreneurs, experts on innovation and collaboration, clinical psychologists, happiness experts and environmental campaigners.
