As a qualified Performance Coach, with 12 years experience in learning and development for global organisations, Helen is the main facilitator of the maternity coaching and manager workshops and one-to-one coaching. She is passionate about supporting parents to gain the best possible work/life balance, whilst helping companies become more family-friendly and therefore productive.

Helen previously worked for Credit Suisse, designing and facilitating change management and career development interventions for the Asia Pacific Region. She also worked for Barclays Wealth Learning and Development team for 7 years, on key leadership and employee learning projects.
Based on her own experience of navigating 2 pregnancies at work, 2 maternity leaves and 2 ‘returns to work’, as well as working flexibly, Helen co-founded Parenting for Professionals Ltd in 2009. Helen is a working mum to 2 boys, aged 8 and 6.
As a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), Helen demonstrates her continued commitment to the coaching profession, by upholding the ICF’s Code of Ethics and Core Competencies. Helen regularly undertakes coach development training, and is currently taking part in the ICF Recipocal Peer Coaching Programme. Her style is supportive, facilitative, encouraging and empathetic.
